In this internship you will support our team in the implementation of non-profit objectives, and support us in the planning and successful execution of our projects. In this internship position:
- You will improve your personal and professional skills;
- You will gain experience in the practical application of learned knowledge in real-world projects;
- You will develop your reflexive and creative abilities;
- You will gain cross-functional competence in understanding and contributing to various issues;
- You will develop your professional competence through mentorship and guidance.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Digital Library:
- Develop and organize the digital library inventory;
- Conduct regular checks and updates on database information;
- Help research reading materials and references;
- Research and implement new information system techniques.
- Physical Library:
- Organize public exchange library;
- Organize children’s storytellings;
- Organize reading events.
- Involvement in community outreach programs;
- Interaction with stakeholders and community members;
- Attendance at relevant conferences, workshops, or seminars.
Requirements:
- Studying in a European university, or have finished any degree less than 12 months ago
- Interested on getting experience on an international non-profit organization
- Available to a 5 months internship in Portugal
- 3 to 4 days per week
- Should studying a Masters Degree
- Should have a B2 in English
